How we use the information you share.

Information we collect

When you request a website review or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, business or organization, website, industry, project goal and message. The site may also process basic technical information for security, fraud prevention and performance.

Website update requests

Existing customers may submit contact details, their website, affected page, requested changes, asset links, desired date and business impact. We store these requests and approval history in a private shared operations queue for Johnnie Henry and Sokello, brands of Johnnie Henry LLC. Service acknowledgments are delivered through our hosting and email providers. These requests do not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send passwords or private customer information.

We use Cloudflare Workers AI to help summarize update requests, identify missing information, and prepare proposed scope and customer replies. We omit the separate name and email fields from AI review inputs. Request text and supplied links may still contain information you include, so please do not submit confidential material. AI proposals are reviewed by a person before a drafted reply is sent or website work begins.

How we use it

We use this information to reply, review your website, prepare recommendations and keep a record of the conversation. Sending a form does not add you to a marketing list.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics tells us which pages people visit, which buttons they use and whether an inquiry is completed. We do not send names, email addresses, form messages or other inquiry details to Google Analytics. Personalized advertising signals are turned off. If you decline, the Google tag does not load. Your choice is saved in your browser. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and basic traffic measurement; Google Analytics for optional analytics; Supabase and Trigger.dev to process website inquiries; and Zoho to manage inquiries and email. Each provider receives only the information needed for its part of the service.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain normal business records, protect the site and meet legal requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing jason@johnniehenry.com. You can also clear this site's stored data in your browser to reset your analytics preference.
